Exposure № 044: Desnuda está la tierra

This photo was taken in the burnt forest in Ein-Hod, Israel. This place was burnt one year ago, but still is recovering. I mixed two negatives together- one of the image, and one negative with bleach and salt. So the destroyed negative and the burnt trees become one.

Naama Sarid is an architect. She began her career as a documentary and conceptual photographer in Madrid (2008). She has contributed to numerous magazines and publications in Europe and Israel. She has participated in exhibitions in Ukraine, Spain and Israel. Her sustained challenge as an artist is the desire to “build dreams” in visual codes.
